I adored how attentive the staff were to every little need. breakfast offered such a grand display of dishes. it felt as if a tender dream had come to life each morning. the fitness center was a serene escape i found good. It helped me feel so healthy and at ease.
The furniture felt quite dated, particularly noticeable in the room, almost telling stories of eras long past. the carpets had seen better days, and they showed signs of wear. I noticed a stain. it was a little distracting.

I loved the breakfast. It was beautiful! it had so much variety. the presentation was delicious and perfect. the convenient location near the iconsiam shopping center and the chao phraya river ferries really enhanced my experience.
The rooms felt a little outdated. it wasn't vintage. It was just old! i was missing body wash in my room! the staff wasn't always attentive at the restaurant. i felt i had to flag them down.

I found that the breakfast areas were confusing. one had a complete meal while the other had very limited choices, what is that all about? the staff guided me to the smaller one without informing me about the restaurant with a full spread. also, the restaurant had too many stairways, not elderly friendly at all. Not a smart design.

The breakfast had a large selection and good quality ingredients. Rita, the Reception Staff Manager, was very helpful. The Concierge team was excellent! They were knowledgeable and helpful with guidance.
The rooms are a little dated. The service at the pool bar is pretty slow. This would be my only criticism. There were many restaurants on site and two pools with a swim-up bar.

the fitness center had various equipment. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the breakfast included a wide selection of dishes and fresh fruit. the siam yacht club had a lovely view of the river.
the room did not have adequate soundproofing. i could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

the location was alright, especially being near the river.
the room i was assigned felt outdated (i mean, seriously). the furnishings were worn, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated in decades. also, getting a bucket of ice cost extra.
